Cuisine courier has been established for 16 years and operates stores in NSW, ACT and Victoria. We are now looking for a suitable person to set up additional stores (under licence) as an owner operator using our proven concept. · The Business can be run from home · Requires no stock · No expensive setup costs · Cash business – no carrying of dept. · Lifestyle business - Operates between 5pm – 10pm. Cuisine Courier produces a 48 page coloured booklet containing menus from 12 of the local restaurants. Approximately 30,000 of these coloured booklets are then printed and distributed throughout the local area. People wishing to order home delivery select, from the booklet, the restaurant they wish to order from and the items they require. To place the order customers call the 1300 number on the front of the booklet and place an order through our National call centre. Orders are entered into our computerised ordering system, with the orders for the area being displayed on the computer of the owner/operator for that area. The owner operator then faxes the order to the selected restaurant (using our computerised system) and dispatches a driver to collect the food, deliver it to the customer and collect the money. We will assist you in signing up 12 local restaurants to put into your first menu book, (book life is 12 months) and the type setting and production of your menu book. We will also provide you with the management expertise and know how to successfully establish your own delivery business using the Cuisine Courier brand. We will also assist in the distribution of your menu book the setting up of the business plus on going support. We will also supply you under licence of our computerised ordering system and related software. A 5% licence fee is payable based on turnover, paid monthly. In addition if the owner operator prefers the calls to be taken centrally at our call centre there is also a cost per call amount payable. The owner operator can if required take the calls themselves although for simplicity it is suggested that they utilise our call centre.
